90s Vintage Thunder Clip Art T-Shirt With Handmade Graphic Print.

Iron-on transfer on white shirt. Black with color shine in some areas as shown. Looks like it was designed using clip-art. I believe this is from the earlier days of Thunder Over Lousiville, the nation's largest yearly fireworks display featuring an Air Force demonstration, and apparently hot air balloons? horse racing? etc?? Not entirely sure what goes on here but looks like a good time to me.
