Smiley Face - 60s Vintage Metal Tab Button 1"

This is an unlicensed variation of the classic Harvey Ball smiley face which was created in 1962 and popularized by Bernard and Murray Spain who mass produced smiley face merchandise in the 70s. The Harvey Ball smiley face buttons were pinback style, making this tab style all the more interesting. An unusual union stamp as well. I was not able to identify the manufacturer.
